Moki Lessons Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Moki Lessons Software as a Service (SAAS) offering ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms that may apply.
Please ensure you read this document carefully and if you are purchasing Moki on behalf of someone else please ensure they have reviewed these terms prior to purchase, you may find it easier to print these terms off for future reference.
We may change these terms from time to time, please ensure you check them before you make a new purchase.

2. Registration and User Information
2.1 To use the Moki Lessons Service, you must provide your full name and email address. No other personal information is required.
2.2 We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, including OpenAI.
3. Use of Service
3.1 As a user, you are permitted to create unlimited Lessons and Teacher Accounts. However, reasonable use terms apply, as outlined in section 4 below.
3.2 Moki Lessons uses OpenAI to generate Lesson Plans. Rest assured, no personal information is transmitted to OpenAI or any third party in this process.
4. Reasonable Use Policy
4.1 While Moki Lessons offers the ability to create unlimited Lessons and Teacher Accounts, we ask users to adhere to a reasonable use policy to ensure fair and optimal performance for all users.
4.2 Moki Lessons reserves the right to determine what constitutes "unreasonable" or "excessive" usage. Such determinations will be made on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
4.3 If it's determined that a user is not adhering to the reasonable use policy, Moki Lessons reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account, with or without notice.
5. Subscription
5.1 Moki Lessons is available to Schools on an annual subscription basis. Details of the subscription, including pricing and duration, will be provided at the time of purchase or renewal.
5.2 Failure to pay the annual subscription fee will result in the suspension or termination of the Service.
6. Termination
6.1 Moki Lessons reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
7. Warranties and Limitations
7.1 The Service is provided "as is", and Moki Lessons makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding its performance, accuracy, or reliability.
7.2 In no event shall Moki Lessons be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to the Terms
Moki Lessons reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
Contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this Web Site shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
