Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Moki purchase but if for any reason you wish to cancel your order or return Moki, please read the following.

In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you, you can change your mind for any reason.

The Distance Selling Regulations also say, a consumer has 14 working days cooling off period to withdraw from a contract that they enter into with a supplier.

All we ask is that goods are returned unused in the original packaging and that you have taken reasonable care to prevent signs of wear or damage.

In all cases items being returned must have all their original packaging, along with all accessories received with it, any sealed items must still be sealed and unused. We will refund the cost of your purchase including the delivery charge.

A restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened, items that have been used will not be credited.

To notify us that you wish to return your goods please contact us via email immediately that you become aware of your intention to return the items.

Once we receive your request we will send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including a returns number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging.


The information below describes the standard returns policy of Moki Technology Limited of Moki product purchased from our website. If there are any issues with any Moki products received please contact us immediately by emailing us and we can discuss the best process for refund or replacement:

Within 30 Days

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


The exception to the 30 days terms is if your purchase was a pre-order. We are happy to offer a full refund on pre-orders up to the day before the item(s) is shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will be in touch to discuss.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Given the value of Moki products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
