Refunds & Returns - Changing Your Mind & Unwanted Items
We want you to be delighted with your Moki purchase, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order or return Moki to use please read the following,
Within 30 days from you receiving your Moki products
In compliance with regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you, you can change your mind for any reason.
We offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of you receiving your Moki devices, this is available to all our customers for any reason.
All we ask is that goods are returned in the original packaging and that you have taken reasonable care.
In all cases items being returned must have all their original packaging, along with all accessories received with it, any sealed items must still be sealed and unused. We will refund the cost of your purchase including the delivery charge.
We are unable to cover the cost of you sending the items back to us and this is done at your own risk, we would encourage that the shipment is tracked by the courier you use.
After 30 days from you receiving your Moki products
If 30 days or more has passed since you received your Moki products then we will be unable to offer you a full refund. However, if you find any problems with your Moki devices then please read the following:
Our warranty period on Moki hardware products (Moki bands and Readers) is 1 year from date of purchase.
If you believe that your Moki is faulty or has developed a fault then please contact us for advice before returning them:
Along with the goods you must send a proof of purchase and information as to the nature of the fault you have found. We cannot accept Moki returns without this information.
Any goods which are found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
If a fault is found in any product and the fault is due to customer error or misuse, then the goods will be returned with a report of the findings.
We will not accept any returned goods which are outside of the 1 year warranty period.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we receive your request we will send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including a returns number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Given the value of Moki products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
