How to Enter

All entries must be made via the Official Moki Facebook Page:(https://www.facebook.com/mokitechnology/) 

All entries must be made under the “PE Hero Competition” Facebook post

In order to enter the competition entries must include the following:

Comment below the competition post with the name of the teacher you want to nominate as a PE Hero and where they teach and please feel free to explain why they are a PE Hero.

If the Teacher or the school has no Facebook presence then please include the names only.

Competition winners will be randomly chosen by a senior representative of Moki on or shortly after the stated closing date from all eligible entries received

Terms and Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

These are the rules ('Official Rules') that apply to competitions being run by Moki Technology Ltd (Moki).  Competitions hosted on www.moki.technology (the "Moki Website") and websites which Moki provides competition services to.  If you do not comply with the Official Rules you may be disqualified from all competitions without further notice.

This competition is launched and open for entries on: 6th August 2020

This competition will be closed for entries on: September 18th 2020

A competition winner will be drawn on Monday 21st September 2020

False, duplicated or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

Eligibility

You are eligible to enter a Competition if you are:

not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of Moki Technology Limited or anyone else professionally connected with the company, nor a family member of any of these;

human - any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will count as a false or deceptive entry;

entering a Competition on or after the open date and on or before the close date of that Competition;

and otherwise compliant with all the Official Rules.

You also agree to be bound by all the associated terms of Facebook whilst using the platform for competition entry.

Prizes

Details of the individual prize offered can be found on the advertised competition and at point of your entry.

Moki reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any time and for any reason, e.g. if the advertised prize is no longer available.

Moki cannot guarantee the prize shown will be the same as the prize awarded. All images of prizes are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Any competition shown on the Moki Website may be conducted over one or more other websites simultaneously.

The prize winner for each competition will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received.

Each Prize will be delivered to the nominated school of the prize winner.  Prizes can only be claimed by schools and not private individuals.

Please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery unless otherwise stated on the relevant competition pages where your entry was submitted.

Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Moki reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Moki competition without notice at any time and for any reason.

In the event of termination, suspension or modification of a Competition, Moki may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who have validly entered the Competition by that time.

Entry

By entering any Moki competition, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and by all decisions of Moki Technology Ltd.

After confirming your prize entry, you may, at any time opt out of receiving further Moki email or other channel communications.

The decisions of Moki will be final and binding in all matters regarding any Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner's names and other details supplied at the time of entry and during further correspondence may be included on the Moki website, the Moki Facebook page and other websites on which the relevant competition was featured.  Winners may be requested to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further reasonable promotional activities.

General Conditions

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Moki, Moki expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Moki (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with any prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize.

Moki (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) are not responsible for any condition caused by events beyond the control of Moki that may cause the Competition to be disrupted.

Any information or data you provide will be managed by Moki  as detailed in these Official Rules.
